Our approach to training

We believe in letting you choose what’s best for you. Whether it be our one on one hands-on training program or the more DIY approach or even a mixture of both. Along with our training process we also help you import all of your old existing data so that the transition into Clarc is as smooth as possible.

For either approach, we encourage feedback on how you’re finding your start with Clarc. We want to make it as easy and fast as possible for you to get up and running. Hands-on Training

Our hands-on approach includes dedicated training from your Customer Success Manager via Zoom. This involves going through your Clarc account with your own data so you can get a real feel for the system. We’ll guide you through a basic workflow from setting up your team and project creation through to time recording and issuing an invoice.

We’ll show you how it’s done on our test portal and let you follow along with your own data. We take it at your own pace and go over any questions you may have.  This personalised approach means we can really focus on what you need to know to get up and running.

It’s your choice but we encourage you to record training sessions, so you have something to refer back to. If you’re still stuck at any time after the training session, just pick up the phone or shoot us an email and we’ll be happy to help.

Training Videos

If you prefer a more DIY learn as you go approach you can definitely make use of our comprehensive library of training videos. Since Clarc is designed to be easy to pick up you may just jump straight into the platform and learn the steps quickly as you move through your general workflow.

To help you along your self-learning journey we’ve created a library of videos that help with every aspect of Clarc. The videos are broken down into bite sized portions so that you can find exactly what you want with ease. You can follow a playlist of videos that will cover the entire tool or skip straight to the points you are unsure about.

Of course, at any time if you are stuck, we can still provide you with some more hands-on training or just simply give us a call or write us an email and we’ll be there to help.

Transferring your existing data into Clarc

The best way to get started with Clarc is to use your own data. Therefore, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to transfer your existing data and import that into Clarc. To read more about the import process and how we can help, check out our post that covers all the details.
